If your pet appears sick, we will notify you immediately, and our veterinarian will examine your pet to determine the cause of the illness. If treatment is required, we will call you with options that allow you to determine the best course of action.
Special diets can be accommodated if supplied, and the use of refrigeration and microwave is available if needed. We offer Hills Science Diet quality pet food for those pets not on a special diet.
All dogs, cats, and ferrets must be up-to-date on their vaccinations prior to boarding. For a list of required vaccinations, please contact our staff at 304-344-2244.
